Dragonfly Insulation have developed an innovative method of manufacturing aerogels that reduces production costs and carbon emissions. This will enable the use of aerogels in high value sectors such as energy, process industries, construction and marine. Aerogels have excellent thermal and fire resistant properties and Dragonfly can produce them in a variety of forms, including panels, granules and powders. Dragonfly is currently scaling up production capacity and working with partners to commercialise the technology.
