Alasdair Greig

Alasdair leads on all new business development at Northstar.

As one of our Directors, Alasdair oversees our business development activities, early stage investment strategy and relationships with investors. He sits on our Investment Committee and is also a Non-Exec Director or Observer on the board of several portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Northstar, Alasdair was an Investment Director at The Cambridge Gateway Fund where he was responsible for technology investments across various sectors, including web, mobile, gaming, enterprise software, data storage and renewables.

Before joining Cambridge Gateway, Alasdair worked in trading credit risk management for a number of global financial institutions, including Mitsubishi Bank and CIBC World Markets.

Alasdair is a certified UK SIP Investment Manager. He also holds an Executive MBA from Ashridge Management College and a BA (Hons) from Heriot Watt University.
