The Junction Foundation is a charity based in Teesside that provides a range of holistic support to meet the needs of children and young people aged 5 to 25 years.
The Junction is based within the communities it works in, and has an expanse of local knowledge, knowing the areas and the challenges that the children and young people who live locally face. The Junction has built a bank of experience of supporting and empowering the children, young people of these communities to overcome the barriers that they face.
